Department of Bachelor of Commerce-Banking and Insurance had organized a guest lecture for the students of first year, second year and third year Bachelor of Commerce-Banking and Insurance (BBI), on 11th February, 2021.The guest lecture gather eminent speaker: Dr. Priyanka Pandey an Assistant Professor at Rizvi College of Education, Research guide at IGNOU for post-graduation in psychology and a Clinical Psychologist, having more than twenty five years of teaching experience. The said guest lecture was scheduled at 11:00 am till 12.00 Noon on Google Meet. The total number of attendees was 74 inclusive of all three years, degree course.

The resource person stressed brief explanation on Research and headed with the basic understanding of Research, importance of Research and the methods and techniques on the same were explained. She also explained the review of literature i.e. why it is important, why a researcher should not stop and continue reviewing the existing literature till the time of data collection. He also gave his insights on how to review the existing literature in a particular area of research, how to identify the research problem and research gap, How to formulate hypotheses etc.The lecture ended with discussion and through question and answer session.
